Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was spacious and had a working kitchen with lots of room, a TV, and a big closet, but it was not clean, and the previous occupant's belongings were still there, along with hair on the bed. The musty smell from the next-door room was overpowering, seemingly masking years of cigarette smoke with cheap air fresheners.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room I was initially assigned was not clean, with belongings left behind from the previous guest, and even hair on the bed. But after requesting a change, I was relocated to a room with a kitchenette and plenty of storage space, which was a significant improvement. The service had its ups and downs - initially, I had some issues checking in, but the staff managed to rectify the situation and even reimbursed me for an extra charge. They were both personable and professional, giving us privacy when needed. When it comes to the location, there is room for improvement as the facilities need some updates, including the old stoves and rusted pans. On the positive side, the hotel is conveniently close to food options and the highway, perfect for those on a road trip like us. As for the dining experience, it was mediocre at best, with just basic offerings like granola bars and coffee. However, the hotel made up for it with essential oil diffusers in public areas, creating a welcoming ambiance.
My stay at the hotel was pretty good overall with some ups and downs. The rooms weren't bad at all, but they could be a bit bigger and were a little dirty with dust on the TV table. The service was very welcoming, especially thanks to Jessica, who was kind, pleasant, and helpful. The location was convenient, but being right by the highway can be noisy at times. The dining experience was mediocre, with only grab-and-go breakfast options. The facilities were decent with laundry services available.
